Free: MasalaBhangra & Bollywood dance Workout - Sweat with Smile
Announcing first weekday afterwork MasalaBhangra(Energetic Folk dance from North India mixed with spices of Bollywood dance) workout. A new and fun way of workout which could burn around Protected content and brings lot of smile on your face. Get ready to 'Sweat with Smile'.
Following is the theme:
2. Building MasalaBhangra routine
3. Cardio and toning on Bollywood songs
4. Cool down(Breath of safety)
Basic fitness level is required. Comfortable clothing(as we are going to sweat) and dance shoes with soft soles or barefoot are required as it's a carpeted dance floor.
Donation: This event is Free for InterNations members, 20 chf for non-members!
