Natalia is Mind / Body Integrative Therapist, UN Yoga Ambassador for Peace as well as Integrative Oncology Specialist and Certified Yoga Instructor & RYT.
Through Mindfulness in Motion System, Natalia will teach us how to unleash our highest potential, how to achieve optimal well-being and more mindful living.
Be ready to learn in future sessions Techniques of Breathwork, Progressive Movement, Pain Management, Stress Reduction, Body scan, Meditation, Mindfulness training, Essential Oil Therapy, Reiki Energy Therapy, Affirmation setting and Holistic Oncology Rehabilitation.
This class is specifically formulated to replenish life force energy in the body. There is personal Chi and Universal Chi and when personal Chi is depleted, we channel and direct Universal Chi into the body to maintain optimal energy levels for optimal vitality and Well-Being. Class introduces the importance of breath as our daily Self-Care tool. Students will learn Protected content breathing techniques and then engage in Yogic movement that will produce detoxifying, purifying heat in the Body.
