Open air meditation
The open aired place is front of an artificial lake, an open green space with waterfall sound's.
The main goal of this activity is to learn how to breath in (we will focus on 2 breathing cycles as a starting point).
We first start to take confortable posititon for the body (especially for the back), then we start to breath in/out from nose Protected content , after that try to breath in from bottom to the head and then breath out from top to bottom Protected content .
PS: In order to avoid falling asleep, try to listen to your breathing or the waterfall or stare to something (flowers or wasp if not attacking you).
