A Mindful Walk
Walking meditation can help us to get out of our heads into the bodily experiences.
Using the body, feeling what it enables us to do, taking in the forest's goodness through all the senses is at any occasion a healing experience.
When done maybe a bit more mindfully within a small group setting, it can bring another layer of depth into our relationship with forest walking.
