Last BYO Wine Dinner was a blast! Kudos to Chef Spiros, excellent food & All 12 guests brought fab wines too! What a night!
Next BYO Wine Dnr on eve of National Day holiday, at yet another highly acclaimed restaurant!
This venue is all about living well. It draws inspiration from nature, showcasing a variety of plant-based sharing plates with vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options along free-range, organic meat & seafood. An expression of terroir, menu celebrates eclectic Asian flavours & Mediterranean inspirations taking guests on a discovery journey to satiate the palate and nourish the soul.

MEZEDES - Marinated Sicilian Olive
SMOKEY HUMMUS - Sesame, chilli on grilled sourdough
TARAMASALATA - Roe, gremolata, chives on on flatbread
THE BOTANIC PLATTER - Grilled tofu, quinoa tabouli, charred brocollini, smoked eggplant, sauerkraut, house pickles, tahini, cassava chips
SPICED ROASTED PUMPKIN - Persian feta, verde, sunflower seeds, hummus
RISOTTO - Inked rice, sea herbs, dried tomato, chilli
GRILLED TIGER PRAWNS - Curry butter, coconut, charred citrus, coriander, kaffir lime.
BBQ “Achiote” ORGANIC BANGALOW PORK SHOULDER - Charred banana peppers, baby potato & romesco.
