Workshop: From Afro to Salsa

This course is for everyone who wants to dance Salsa with more grounding, body awareness, rhythm, cultural understanding and confidence.

Through Orishas, Afro-Cuban movement and Salsa with Afro, you will discover how the body connects with rhythm, how movement carries history, and how Salsa becomes deeper when we understand where it comes from.

Beginners or experienced dancers, with or without a dance partner, we are all welcome.

2 Dates are available and you can choose to attend only one workshop, or both:
- Tuesday June 9: 19:00 – 21:00
- Saturday June 13: 14:00 – 16:00

I will attend only one, on 9 June. I've been to this dance school in the past and I can guarantee a very friendly and happy atmosphere!
