Moving- Light Workout for the Month!
I'm normally trying to push myself to do a bit of exercise and it's definitely easier with others around hence I created this event.
It's just a light workout in the park for those that need motivation to train also. I won't be surprised if your intensity / jogging maybe faster than me ;)
What can you expect? Burpees, push-ups, knee-ups, mountain climbers and jumping jacks etc.

What you will need: Big bottle of water. Towel, spare t-shirt to change into afterwards (There is a changing room and toilet facility close by.
