What is H.I.I.T.?
It is a training idea to perform simple workouts (e.g. squats, crunches, high-knee running etc.) at a high intensity within a short interval.
How can you benefit from H.I.I.T.?
It could bring you brutal effect on muscle built, burning much more fat, and improve both your aerobics and anaerobics endurance. By referring scientific researches, H.I.I.T. provides a post-workout fat-burning effect, lasting for another 12 hours.
The Content of our H.I.I.T. FitClub
We perform our H.I.I.T. workout outdoors, ensuring everyone of you to be melted-down. Our session is split into 6 sessions, namely, warm-ups, stretching (aka self-introduction), hardcore exercise, regular exercise, group exercise, and back to stretching.
Besides keeping physically and mentally fit, we also aim at expanding our social networking.
Am I suitable to join FitClub?
We strongly recommend beginners or intermediates to join us, and we could guide you through proper postures, making sure you won't get hurt and you are using the right muscle to perform.
People who suffer from coronary heart disease / undergo some physiotherapy are not recommended to join.

We are one of the leading H.I.I.T. exercise groups in HK, gathering more than Protected content on Tuesday, and Protected content on weekends. We are also splitting into sub-groups, and planning to spread our teams over districts.
