Outdoor bootcamp, followed by Lunch
Are you looking to lean out and tone up? Outdoor Bootcamp is the ultimate workout to get it done.
If you lay it all out during our 1-hour workout session, you’re bound to burn Protected content by your last rep, and you'll continue to burn hundreds of calories hours after your session. Do this 3 times a week, you are gonna be Spartan fit!
We will alternate between conditioning sets, cardio intervals and endurance training, with some warm up exercises at the beginning, and a stretch to cool down at the end. Push yourself, but know your limits too.
Bring lots of drinking water, and top up your sunscreen. Wear the basics that are comfy and show off your assets :) but be warned that we are gonna go down and dirty on the lawns.
