Tri Dash 2018 - Bangkok
Would anyone like to join me for a grass root Triathlon race?
Tri Dash is a sprint triathlon, which means a shorter distance race, usually consisting of a 750m swim, 20k bike ride and a 5k run, completed in succession without breaks.
This will be my first experience, and it is gonna be CHALLENGING! But I'd rather give it a go than not trying at all!
We will be training together for at least once a week. Ideally, 3+ times a week, whether alone or together.
Although triathlon is an endurance activity, both the aerobic and anaerobic energy systems often operate in tandem. Therefore we must have a balanced training program to improve our maximum oxygen uptake and work efficiency. We want more work done at less cost!
So, we will be training both outdoors and indoors, for the whole course or short-but-intensive sessions. I will also throw in some alternative workout programs to spice things up! Look out for the Sprint Triathlon Training events to find out more.

Distance : Swim 400m - Bike 20km - Run 5km
(Newbies, like me, can always cut the swim, bike or run short)
