Outdoor bootcamp, Abs focus, followed by Lunch
IT'S ALL ABOUT THE SIX-PACKS!!!
If you lay it all out during our 1-hour workout session, you’re bound to burn hundreds of calories by your last rep, and you'll continue to burn for hours after your session. Do this 3 times a week, you will look sculpted!
We will begin with a dynamic warm up, then we condition and strengthen ourselves with high intensity interval trainings and plyometric exercises. Active stretching will be included at the end. We are gonna push ourselves, as my usual training buddies in this group would complain happily ;) but know your limits too.
Bring lots of drinking water, and top up your sunscreen. Wear the basics that are comfy and show off your assets :) but be warned that we are gonna go down and dirty on the lawns.
Showers are available if you need. You may chill at the outdoor swimming pool afterwards (pay to get in).
