Running: Bowen Road Fitness Trail 2 loops (Wanchai Gap Rd UP)

Walk together from J Residence to starting point on Protected content Then we go up Wanchai Gap Road, arriving at Bowen Road Fitness Trail. Then we run two loops of the Trail. See route:
This run should take about 1.5hrs. The beginning of the journey is straight up, and I mean straight up! The elevation is about 78m within 0.6km distance, from Queen's Road East, going up Wanchai Gap Road, to Bowen Road Fitness Trail.
The Fitness Trail is a flat paved path running along the mountain slope with rest areas and toilets. Mostly shaded, and you get a nice view of the city as well.
We will need both sunscreen and insect repellent. Most importantly: water, water, water! Shower and sauna available within minutes of walking.
Afterwards, we can have a bite together.
