Beginner Bounce is a 50min class (4:10pm to 5pm, meeting time is earlier because we need to sign a waiver and get changed etc), designed for everyone who wants to try rebounding for the first time. For those who don't usually work out, or been taking a break from exercise, this class will be perfect for you.
Whether you are a fitness enthusiast or suffering from aches and pains, rebounding is for everyone. While stimulating the circulation of lymphatic fluid, rebounding contributes to an improved immune system. It rehabilitates injuries and weaker muscles that office workers experience as a result of long working hours.
As a form of exercise, rebounding is safer and more efficient. It engages the whole body by providing cellular exercise, while strengthening and cleansing your cells with each bounce on the rebounder. This class will get you sweating and your heart pounding with fun music!
Wear comfortable clothes which show off your assets ;) and I guarantee you will come out sweaty, detoxed and smiling!
DRINKS AFTERWARDS, OF COURSE!!!
For hygienic and safety reasons, we will need to wear grippy socks to use the rebounder. Feel free to bring your own, or you can get a pair for $ Protected content be washed and reuse, lasting like normal socks).
Showers available. Bring water, or a bottle to fill it up there.
