Outdoor bootcamp & Stretching
It's almost as fun!
The workout programs are not all about push-ups or weight lifting. There are many fun ways to engage our whole structure and get a full-body workout. We will incorporate dynamic warm-ups, mobility movements and simulations into our HIIT, so we can train our muscle responses and resistance in different ways.
Then we can proceed to a series of active stretching to restore our bodies' balance. It comprises of very low-intensity exercises, and it does not have to be painful. The result is instant. Your body can do it, it's your mind that you need to convince.
We will be playing some games together too, after all, it's Weekend :D We will certainly come out Fitter, more Resilient, more Agile, and Laughing.
If you lay it all out during our workout session, you’re bound to burn Protected content by your last rep, and you'll continue to burn for hours after your session. Stretching will help release muscle soreness and stiffness, as well as working on our joints to increase mobility and pre-empt injuries when engaged in other sports.
We are gonna push ourselves, as my usual training buddies in this group would complain happily ;) but know your limits too.
Bring lots of drinking water. Wear the basics that are comfortable and show off your assets :) Bring a yoga mat if you have one.
