Beginner Aerial Silk Lesson

Have you ever seen a Cirque du Soleil performance and thought it was something amazing and impossible? It's not impossible! Though I work full time in the IT field by day, I'm certified to teach aerial silk through Aerial Physique (recognized by NASM, AFAA & American Circus Educators) and am excited to share this acrobatic art with you in a fun and approachable way!

What to wear: comfortable clothing that you are able to move freely in. No shoes or socks needed. If you prefer to wear socks, they must have grips.
Please bring and use a protective mask for safety.

ALL ARE WELCOME and classes will accommodate any physical needs within reason, but there are 2 lessons:

5PM
- better for those with strong yoga/aerial or other sports experience and would like to challenge themselves with something new.

6PM
- aimed towards complete beginners or those who wish to practice the basics.
