* Please bring: comfortable clothing, YOGA MAT, water, yoga blocks or bands (if needed), face mask, sanitizer

I have purchased the Contortion Strong program to share with InterNations members. Don’’t be alarmed by the name, all are welcome and stretches/workouts can be adapted according to your needs!
