Central Fitness Harbour Workout
New Years January normally means the gyms are packed with newbies with their get fit this year's resolutions. But during the pandemic, the situation is looking very different and it's even tougher to start the "GET FIT" momentum going.
Let's build a healthy community of get fit and nutritionally fit people for Protected content .
We will do short spouts of runs coupled with exercises in between to work out our whole body.
Bring a backpack that you can comfortably run with and a bottle of water to remain hydrated.
Afterwards, we will head to a cafe for nutritional lunch so we can converse without huffing and panting ;p
Please Whatsapp me in advance for Workout Disclaimer and so I can safely book cafe seats accordingly and make sure they can adhere to social distancing rules.
(PS - Eat a nice breakfast so you have more energy for the workout)
