This month we prepare online together (live!) a very special variation of tiramisu with strong beer: BIERAMISU.
This is a sweet desert with strong beer. I would recommend for beer Schneider Aventinus or Aventinus Eisbock (Wheat Strong Beers).
The preparation is quite easy, and you can enjoy your dish the next day out from the fridge. We can have then the Afternoon Tea Time event at 5 o'clock together.

If you want to join the interaction here is are the list of the ingredients you should buy or prepare in advance of our live session. These you can get at your supermarket around the corner:
500gr. Mascarpone
50gr. Brown Sugar / brauner Zucker
Protected content . Eggs (We need the Egg Yolks and the Egg Whites separated) / Eier (Eigelb und Eiweiß getrennt)
Protected content Vanilla Pod or Liquid Vanilla / Vanille Schote oder flüssiges Vanille
Protected content . Sponge Biscuits, Ladyfingers / Löffelbiskuits
Protected content of Strong Beer / Bockbier
some cocoa powder / etwas Kakaopulver.

For preparation you need:
1 rectangular bowl (preferably from glass)
1 round bowl
1 beer glass
1 kitchen mixer
1 knife, 1 spoon

I will show you the recipe and preparation during our live meeting on Zoom and you can follow it with your ingredients simultaneously.
