Yoga at the Park: Healthy Spine
Dear outdoor activists!
11.11 yoga at the park is back, please join to KEEP up with your good intentions. Please note it is at a different park and easier to get to/from BTS (Phrom Phong ex2) The class is a set of movements with attention on breath, sensations in keeping healthy spine followed by concentration, visualization and observation how everything is connected.
BRING: yoga mat (or a towel) water, wear comfortable loose clothes
MEET: Protected content
BTS: Phrom Phong
ARRIVE: 15 min early to set up and to meet everyone
OPTIONAL: join for late breakfast 10:15 at Protected content
