join us for yoga practice to set your fine-tune your health and balance intentions! it is pleasant and quiet setting at the park makes it ideal for an easy morning practice. The class is a set of movements with attention on breath, sensations in keeping healthy spine followed by concentration, visualization and observation how everything is connected.
BRING: yoga mat (or a towel) water, wear comfortable loose clothes
