join us for yoga practice to fine-tune your intentions, balance health and stretch your vision! it is pleasant and quiet setting at the park makes it ideal for an easy morning practice. The class is a set of movements with attention on breath, sensations in keeping healthy joints followed by guided concentration, visualization and observation how everything is connected.
