Ayutthaya, just over an hour by bus from Bangkok, is a fascinating place to cycle. Ayutthaya has quiet roads with dedicated cycle lanes, there are many ancient monuments to visit in the central Historical Park. On the way back to Bangkok we shall stop opposite the Bang Pa-In Summer Palace in An interesting day that will not break your budget.
