Let's hike on fresh air to improve our energy level, regenerate our energy fabrics -our lovely mitochondrias-, increase our resiliency on alkaline air with phytoaerosoles for a better health management -in long term- to live longer with a "nice Quality of Life (nQoL)" ;)
The distance will be at least 27km
The speed more or less 6km/hr
The elevation 927m
& thennnnnnn we will get a very nice Dinner on fresh air & at a beautiful ambient in Gmund...hmmm Yummy Yummy :)
