El creatore del universo
Paolo Albanese creates his own colors in the style of the old masters. The pigments come from the earth and give its colors an inimitable power. Looking at his complex compositions of great intensity, one hardly believes that this power can be restrained. However, the Venetian artist succeeds effortlessly in this effort through the lines and balanced complementary hues around the darkness and through the play of the shadows. All components are related by their surface structure and are in equilibrium. "My style and my philosophical thinking are inspired by the metaphysical and dreamy muses of Chagall, Kandinsky and de Chirico. I named this style 'Metaphysical-eschatological Art' because I dream of a world beyond the superficial control of matter, a world whose theological DNA is eagerly awaiting discovery, "the artist says.
