Dealing with Stress and Difficult Emotions
I'd like to warmly invite you to my workshop where I'll share some practical tools for dealing with difficult emotions like anxiety, fear or stress in general.
I am a qualified psychologist and facilitator and I am particularly interested in topics revolving around well-being support including stress management.
I believe recent events have had a major impact on our well-being and this is my response and offer of support for those who find it overwhelming and challenging.
We will talk and practice different techniques that will help us ground ourselves (conscious breathing, visualisation, self-massage techniques).
The event is free of charge, however small donation (10zl) are welcome to cover the cost of the venue hire) .
