The Indian mostly Gujarati Peeps there will be all dressed up, especially the women. Half the men will be dressed very casual.
No need to be all dressed up similar. Most Non Indians that attend are dressed comfortable to dance - and dance barefoot (no shoes allowed on the dance floor)
If you really want to dress up - then best to wear following:
DO NOT WEAR A SARI !!!
Saris are too tight - an wrapped So this is not good for dancing comfortably.
Dancing seem bit complicated:
Garba - is basically a very repetitive Line Dance that circles the whole dance floor
Dandiya - is also Repetitive dance where you use Sticks and switch partners on every turn
I can teach you the basics and most people there love to teach also.
Like I said it is very repetitive so once you learn then just go with the flow
