Let's try something different--a dark, modern comedy written by Lynn Nottage, the only woman to have won two Pulitzer prizes for drama. This event is inspired by Women's History Month but falls just outside it because the ticket options look best on April 2nd :). You must buy your own ticket to attend. As of posting, discounted $50 tickets ($ Protected content fee) are available on the TodayTix app and, according to the theatre's website, a number of seats remain for this performance. Please note that seats purchased on the TodayTix app are assigned by the Box Office, so if you want to choose your own seat, please purchase a full-price ticket on the theatre's website. Let's meet at Protected content at 6:00pm. The show itself begins at 7pm and has a runtime of 1 hour 40 minutes.

More about the play--

No one would accuse Clyde of having a soft heart. Sure, she hires former convicts for the greasy kitchen of her truck-stop sandwich joint, but she knows what they owe her and holds that power tight. Her line cooks might be stuck, but their hopes haven’t flickered out yet, fed by tentative connections and a fierce competition to create the perfect sandwich. Pulitzer-Prize winner Lynn Nottage’s sweet and savory comedy trades in wonder, Wonder Bread, and the healing powers of food.
