Sentiero del Viandante - 2nd Stage
Let's enjoy a hiking day with a stunning view of the Esino Lario lake and once we reach Varenna we can have a great swim in the lake!
We'll walk the 2nd stage of the famous "Sentiero del Viandante", from Lierna to Varenna. It's an easy hiking but still lasting 4/5 hours and 10Kms long, so make sure to have a decent physical training to do it with no problem.
I recommend hiking shoes or at least running shoes and don't forget to bring a towel and swimsuit to enjoy the final part of the day in Varenna. Also take with you liquids and a packed lunch as we'll have a lunch break on the way.
I'll meet you at the Lecco Train Station at 10:00am!
There is a train leaving from Milano Centrale at 9:20am (n. Protected content arriving to Lecco at 9:59am. Then we have to change train and take n. Protected content from Lecco at 10:15 and arriving to Lierna at 10:40am.
For the return to Milano from Varenna in the evening there is a train every hour from 5pm to 9pm.
