Burnout Reset
Hi Internations family!
I’m Joan Aponte, and I’m super excited to invite you to an event that’s close to my heart and probably close to your stress levels, too; it’s called *Burnout Reset*.
Let’s be honest: most of us are juggling too much, running on coffee, and pretending we’re fine when we’re actually screaming inside a little. Sound familiar? Then this event is for you.
*Internations* is such a fantastic community, it brings us together, helps us grow, and reminds us that we're not alone out here. So let’s use that power to slow down for a moment and talk about burnout:
* What is it really?
* How can we spot it before we crash?
* And most importantly, how can we recover and protect our peace?
This is not a boring webinar or another motivational lecture. Nope. It’s a cozy roundtable, where we’ll all bring a little something to share:
A story, a tip, a “been there, burned that” moment… or just your awesome self.
After that, we’ll hang out, music, conversation, and zero pressure. Just good people and good vibes.
Bring With You:
* story, question, insight — or a burnout survival meme, we’re not judging)
* Your true self, even if you're running on 23% battery
* Optional: A quote, object, or song that helps you recharge (yes, naps count)
Let’s laugh a little, be real a lot, and leave feeling lighter than when we came in.
The minimum amount of participants is 8 less than that the event will be postponed until reach the minimum amount required.
