“GH FITNESS CLUB – Outdoor training session”
50 min training (run through parks + fitness exercises), on the grass, using environment or little equipment. Exercises varies, but the aim of the session is to engage most of your body muscles, using bodyweight exercises and functional movements (including warm up and stretching). Ideal for tone up, improve fitness and conditioning.
WHAT TO BRING?
A small bottle water if you want (many fountains around to refill), running shoes (we will go around the park) and comfortable clothes (you can sit and play on the grass) and nothing (not too much to carry)
HOW TO FIND ME?
I will wear a cap and/or fluo jersey (yellow or orange), or you can contact be on my mobile.

36, French, passionate about fitness and functional movements. I’ve been doing soccer, martials arts, boxing, body weight training for many years and recently studied more about functional movements (Hebert, Movnat)
