I´ll go throw the exercises contained in the routine at the very beginning and start then with the routine, it takes more or less ~30min intentive, to keep up the pulse.
At the end I´ll be glad to asnwer to your questions related to this kind of fat burn activity and other tipics related to sport.
Using these HIIT workouts, you will be implementing one of the most effective ways to get lean and stay lean by putting your body into “afterburn mode” where you will burn fat for the next 48 hours after your HIIT workout!
