HIIT At Home
What to expect in this event:
30~40 minutes long workout and includes a warm-up and a cool-down.
The class will be full body, which will raise that heart-rate and target specific muscle groups to ensure the best results.
svatofitness will use strength & conditioning exercises whilst also burning fat by keeping the cardio-respiratory system high.
Who is it for:
EVERYONE! Whether you’re into your this kind of training or not, you can still enjoy a fun and sweat fuelled workout.

Book a ticket above and we will send you a link on the day of the event, so keep your eyes peeled on your email. Try and get on 5 minutes earlier to avoid technical difficulties.

Floor mat, Towel (It's gunna get sweaty!!)
