HIIT training outdoor

This is a HIIT activity for warriors of all levels.. it´s conducted at your own pace anyway, it´s composed of a combination of exercised 25sec ON 20sec OFF. it will take maximum 25min. If you can do it empty stomac allows you to burn fat, before you introcude food (breackfast/lunch). See you there.
See you at the skate park, I´ll wear a yellow shirt ;) easy to recognize me..
