Info: Get fit, tone, strengthen up your core muscles including your back and work on your obliques (stomach), gluts (bottom) and quads (thighs).
This class will enable you to learn the basics of belly dancing whilst also improving everything about your body, building confidence and helping you to be in a calm, positive and fun atmosphere.
