Ready to Join?

Let's go together to the culinary journey through all the magical flavors of Middle East- fragrant herbs , smoky pepper and fresh veggies.

We will start with Lebanon and smoky BABA GANOUSH - creamy dish made of the eggplants and tahina
We are going to prepare other Lebanese specialty - plant based HALLOUMI CHEESE.
Then we will move to Morocco and traditional Moroccan soup - HARIRA. It's a delicious soup consisting of pulses, vegetables, a melange of fragrant spices .
Our last stop is Tunisia, where delicious SHASHUKA is coming from , we are going to prepare veganised version without eggs

This class will be hands-on , we are going to cook everything from scratch , and ....... have a lot of fun

After the class we can either sit together and enjoy the meal or you can take your food home
