Plant Based Persian Cooking Class
Let's meet together to prepare veganised version of a Persian feast .
I would love to show you that Persian cuisine however famous of its kebabs can be veganised, can be healthy and most importantly ........sooooo tasty.
We will start with Ash Reshteh - Ash reshteh is probably the most famous ash (soup) recipe from Iran, often is part of the Norouz menu. The noodles in this soup symbolize good fortune and success in the path ahead.
Kookoo Sabzi - The word “sabzi” refers to the lush amount of green herbs that flavor and color this delicious dish. Once you have all the vegetables cleaned and chopped, the rest is very easy.
Mirza ghasemi (my personal favorite) - is a Northern Iranian appetizer or main based on aubergine, distinct to the Caspian Sea region. Mirza ghasami is full flavors of garlic, turmeric, it's rich and nutritious.
You will receive a set of the recipes so you will be able to replicate them and treat your family and friends.
Cooking together can be really enjoyable !
This class will be hands-on , we are going to cook everything from scratch , and hope we will have a lot of fun
After the class we can either sit together and enjoy the meal or you can take your food home
