Singaporean inspired veggie cooking class
Please join me for a plant based (and gluten free) cooking class where we will discover vibrant Asian flavors - full of spices and aromatic herbs.
We will start with veggie skewers and satay sauce (my take on chicken satay). Satay sauce made from peanuts is sweet, savory, spicy, acidic, aromatic, and nutty all at the same time. Be careful , it's a very addictive dish !
We will also prepare Cauliflower fried rice - fast and easy Chinese inspired dish . it's a low carb recipe, loaded with flavors and vegetables.
Our star of the evening will be Rendang - this has been chosen by CNN as one of the World's 50 Most Delicious Foods and after the class you can replicate it at home to impress your family and friends.
Cooking together can be really enjoyable !
This class will be hands-on , we are going to cook everything from scratch , and we will have a lot of fun
After the class we can either sit together and enjoy the meal or you can take your food home.
