Mysterious Tamina hike & Thermal Spa (17km, min. 900m, 6 hours)
Following relentless requests ... finally a somewhat moderate hike followed by a thermal spa.
I know it is an early start for a Sunday morning but we need to cover 17km and I dont want to rush the group too much.
The first bit will be fairly easy but then we have to do some uphill Protected content to be exact. So you should be in a reasonably good shape. On the positive side, you still have time to get ready.

09: Protected content Hike starts at 9:10 from bad ragaz train station, by 10:30 we reach the entrance of the Tamina ravine

11: Protected content Lunch at the Zanai restaurant (cost not included since depending on your hunger)
12: Protected content Some more uphill for another 10km
15: Protected content Chilling at the thermal spa

What to bring:
Water or Thermos of tea (1 Liter, there are fountains along the way)
Snacks (you will be hungry especially after the spa)
Bathing suit & towel
Change of clothes
What to wear:
Hiking shoes with good grip - uneven trails in the 2nd Part
Warm clothes since we are in place with high humidity
Check the Weather forecast and prepare accordingly
Please sign up only if you are fit enough and committed to show up. This is not a "sunny weather only hike". There is a new invention out there called "rain jacket". If you don´t own one nor are willing to wear one then it is safer for you to stay home.
For all others, this will be an awesome hike with amazing views. A Sunday hike that you will remember for sure.
