“The Mindfulness Toolkit” Workshop
so this month, with the help of coach & psychologist Pilar Tinjaca, we will explore the benefits of mindfulness in our daily lives and learn how to incorporate it.
She will lead for us a workshop on Practical Mindfulness Techniques.
Mindfulness is the state of active, open attention to the present. It is achieved by purposefully focusing your attention to the unfolding of your experience in the present moment, with a gentle and open mind.
This capacity (which can be trained and developed) has been proven to have positive effects improving health, focus, productivity and problem solving. It also helps release stress, fear and anxiety. It is an exceptional tool to generate overall wellbeing, shifting peoples behaviors, attitudes and results at work, relationships, etc.
The Mindfulness Toolkit is a workshop designed to introduce you to the concept of mindfulness, share the most current information regarding its benefits and applications and provide you with practical tools for you to begin to incorporate mindfulness into your everyday life.
So be prepared for an interesting and fun evening :)
As the event will be held in a private home, I will reach out to everyone who signed up by Monday so that you reconfirm your attendance. Only those who reconfirm will be sent the address (for safety reasons, I'm sure everyone understands).
The attendance fee is to cover the cost of the SUM rental Protected content and is an approximation only. We will divide the cost between all attendees, so it might vary slightly.
