Quick meditation techniques for busy people
I invite you to a workshop on meditation for busy and business people. We live in a big city with a tempo that does not always give us choice - we have to comply. Like nowhere else we need to know how to resort to our inner resources.
My method is based on Tibetan buddhist meditation. I have transforned it to make short Protected content guided sessions to help you keep in touch with yourself, learn to quickly switch between a focus on work and refreshing rest and of course feel good about yourself.
We will have several sessions of meditation and study how to keep a posture in office or other public places (obviously no need to sit in a lotus position), and share our experience.
No previous experience of meditation or yoga is required. Come if you are cusious! Come if you have never tried it! Come if you have no idea what it's all about! I will be happy to share my story and how I studied meditation in India.

Depending on the number of participants we will book a room in a coworking. The fee covers the rent. Good news - tea and cookies are provided by the venue for free.
