Great things come to those that wait and I have waited a long time for this reservation.

Tonight we dine at Sparkling Bistro, 1 Michelin Star restaurant.

Stiff Etiquette? You don't need to fear them here! The atmosphere in the pretty little bistro in the Amalienpassage is relaxed and uncomplicated. The service is courteous, pleasantly natural and very friendly, and you also feel that you are in good hands when it comes to wine advice. In the kitchen, a dedicated team ensures a sophisticated menu with a focus on regional and seasonal dishes, the ingredients are first class.

Wine Pairing Extra - EUR 58

You can decide on the night to opt for the wine pairing or go by the bottle.

Payment must be received no later Dec 1 with your allergies.
I am sorry to say they cannot cater for Vegetarians.

Please note that your reservation is only binding after you have transferred the price for the set menu of EUR Protected content me. This money will go to the restaurant and will not be repaid in case of cancellations or in case of a no show on the evening due to the restaurant taking our reservation. They do not normally take large bookings over 6 people.
