Turning Stress into a Positive Force!
This workshop will offer attendees specific practical tools that will produce immediate results to stress reduction and ongoing management in their professional and personal life alike. It will allow them to analyse their own responses to pressure and develop practical strategies to face daily challenges and therefore become more effective.
I use the science of positive psychology to boost ‘passion for work, engagement, performance, well-being, and motivation’. In my work I draw from the latest research on character strengths, learning optimism, growth mindset and many more.
Participants will learn to:
· Recognise the signs of stress
· Build resilience
· Work under pressure with greater calmness and clarity of mind
· Reduce stress with clinically-proven breathing and relaxation techniques which can be effected in just a few moments
· Enhance personal productivity. Focus the mind where you want it to go, to achieve results more quickly and effectively
· Master the ‘Choice and Change’ challenge
Yota is a results-driven life coach with the firm tenet that people can do most things that they put their minds to. This way of thinking has changed her life, with her broad and successful corporate experience she is ideally placed to help others achieve their own goals. She understands the needs and concerns of busy working professionals.
Prior to becoming a life coach, she worked for 14 years in the IT industry for companies such as Amazon and Yahoo. In Protected content decided to make the change to live a life on her own terms, moving to London and undertook professional coaching training (MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching, University of East London).
Since the decision to design and create a new life that was right for herself, she worked through her essence, and her values to help other people to do the same. Now she travels the world, learning from, and working with, amazing people who also want to live their life on their own terms. She now offers highly personalised and ‘tailor-made’ coaching to help individuals feel more empowered, motivated and in balance.
Many of Yota’s clients feel stuck in their job and wish to change direction, or start up their own business, but don’t know how or where to start. As a result of Yota’ s individual approach, these clients now have possession of a powerful and empowering process to overcome their hurdles and build the necessary emotional resilience to ensure that they achieve their goals.
Yota offers a full-time coaching practice via Skype or face-to-face together with public and in-house workshops for Stress Management and Building Resilience.
