Join this yin practice and special heart meditation that creates space in the heart to live and love with greater ease and more joy.
Yin yoga is the perfect balance to the Yang of our fast paced lives. It works with the body in a deep and slow way through the practice of passive long held postures, breath, mental focus and awareness. It gently releases the stress and tension that accumulates from day to day. A gentle but challenging yoga practice including aspects of mindfulness. As we celebrate love in February, remember to extend a little love back to ourselves.
