Yin yoga is the perfect balance to the Yang of our fast paced lives. It works with the body in a deep and slow way through the practice of passive long held postures, breath, mental focus and awareness. It gently releases the stress and tension that accumulates from day to day. A gentle but challenging yoga practice including aspects of mindfulness. As we celebrate love in February, remember to extend a little love back to ourselves.
