Afterwork Pilates in the park + apéro # 4
It's summer! Come and try pilates in the park with Claudia our teacher. Pilates is a way to build strength in your core muscles for better posture, balance and flexibility. The session will last one hour and then we can enjoy a picnic until late. Bring a mat or thick towel, comfortable clothes, a bottle of water and snacks/food to share.
