This 2-hour Yin Yoga workshop will give your body and mind a chance to detox and balance, focusing on the stomach and spleen meridians. Yin yoga works with the body in a deep and slow way through the practice of passive long held postures, breath, mental focus and awareness. A gentle but challenging practice as a perfect way to detoxify your organs and boost your energy.
In this workshop you will:
● Learn a mindfulness practice to settle and balance the mind. A simple practice that you can integrate in everyday life.
● You will be guided through a Yin Yoga sequence to revitalise and detox.
● We will finish with a body scan meditation to promote body awareness and relaxation. Leaving you refreshed and energised.
