Ready to Join?

While we can't wait to practise yoga in the parks with sunshine followed by a friendly picnic, a regular practise to restore calmness and a positive state of mind is still possible online:)

Classes are available using the Zoom platform to practice together even with social distance.

The schedule of the classes is regular:
Mon - Wed: 18: Protected content Ashtanga yoga beginners (English)
Mardi-Jeudi: Protected content Vinyasa tous niveaux (français)

Ashtanga method is a dynamic practice in which we repeat the same sequence every day so that the students can become independent with time and able to practice the sequence on their own.

Vinyasa is also a dynamic style of yoga in which we practice a creative yoga sequence, everyday different, but always with focus on the breath and finding stability and strength.
