Relax your Body and Mind with Mindfulness
Feeling a bit under the weather? Are you having trouble getting to sleep? Would you like to know more about Mindfulness?
Join me every Wednesday for a complimentary Body Scan session to reconnect with your physical self, find stability of mind and cultivate the awareness of the present moment.
I will guide you gently into focusing your attention to every single part of your body, so to help you bringing relief to any tension and sustain a more calm and relaxed state.
The practice can be done both seated on a chair or even better lying down, just make sure to find a comfortable and quiet place when we start the practice.
The session is open to everyone, there is no need to have previous experience in meditation nor mindfulness.
