Yoga Session 1:
Alternate Nostril Breath (nadi shodhana pranayama) class in kundalini yoga style with root locks (bandas) to control and circulate your prana/apana energy.

This practice balances the mind; and opens and empowers the major nadis - ida, pingala and sushumna.

7:30am Depart Exit At Botanical Gardens MRT
7:45am Arrive at Lake Lawn
7:50am Warmup, briefing and start
8:20am Finish
