Japanese Cuisine Cooking Class
Hi, we are going to join BCN Kitchen (cooking school) for a Japanese cuisine cooking class in December. It is first-come, first-served. You can buy your ticket for 50 euros through their official link.
If you are looking to discover the World beyond Japanese cuisine, you are in the right place. In this course you will learn some of the lesser known Japanese classics.
The dishes we will make:
Miso soup
Vegetable tempura
Salmon teriyaki
Gyoza
Chicken yakisoba
Matcha sponge cake
At the end of the course, there will be a meal accompanied by local wine.
