Theater: "Cocoons that fly" (in Spanish)
(performance will be held in Spanish)
Pau returns home tired of trying to make a living abroad. Despite being an intense and unbearable poet with his head in the clouds, he will try to convince his friends that there is no need to wait until they have wings to start flying. "Cocoons that fly" tells the story of four young people of a generation forced to dream without making much noise.
In the middle of a Skype conversation, Pau - who has always been a dreamer - realizes that he does not want to continue living far away. He does not want to stop struggling to be a great writer and, despite the impossible and risky of his ideas. He also wants to persuade his lifelong roommates to do the same. But Iñaki (the computer engineer, romantic and the substitute of Pau), Tere (the influential person with an internship contract and moonlighter) and Ruth (the ex-girlfriend hater) will not be willing to leave their profitable jobs for the simple raging illusion of an unsuccessful poet.
On the way they will have to learn to live as a group, to assess if what defines us are the dreams fulfilled or those that are about to be fulfilled, and to balance the relationships between them taking into account their only common point: they are young people that have forgotten what they are capable of doing, if what moves them is attitude, optimism and even, the absurdity of their illusions.
